any advantage in using a t3?

i was messing around on 935's website and i noticed this:

it's a CT26 T3 Adapter...now i was wondering, is there any advantage to using a t3? Because if i remember correctly, aren't they smaller than the ct-26?

GT30's and GT35's are T3 flange pattern.

It all depends on where you want the spool to kick in.

The CT26 is a fine turbo up to 14 or 15psi in terms of spool.

Ask me how I know.

ok, so what you're saying is that a t3 will spool slower but hold more boost, or spool quicker?
