any 1 having issues wit maxx autoworks

i just wanted to see if any 1 was having problems wit them. i ordered a oil line kit 2 weeks ago emailed them a week ago and he said they were mailing it out still not here i tried to call and phone was disconnected i was like o shit
any 1 waiting on a order and should i be worried?
