I've never felt like this before or atleast not this bad! Don't really know what to do. Not looking for attention...just want to talk I guess...trying to keep my mind focused....

Dont really know what's happening but I know it's not fun! Anybody else get feelings like this?

Getting drunk helped my anxiety temporarily, but as soon as I wasn't hammered I would once again be overcome with worry. I don't suggest it because it can put you on the road to becoming an alcoholic really fast.
Anxiety can be caused by many things. Talking to a doctor, or at least to other people, can really help.

Could be something dumb like a low vitamin or mineral count.

Wouldn't it be silly to suffer like that, when a solution is a trip to the doctor, a few tests, and a $5 bottle of vitamins and some excercise?

Good luck.

Go to the Doctor...

Anxiety attacks are not a normal thing when you have no reason to have them...So there is a reason you are having them..

From someone that learned the hard way and it almost killed me and i do mean i was very close to diening several times a few years ago...

Go to the Doctor.........................

I've got what they call Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Currently NOT taking meds for it but probably should be. For me it rarely manifests into a full blown attack, it just eats away at the back of my mind all day worrying about my health, family, and other shit I have no control over. It can be very consuming and disruptive. I have some Xanax to help me sleep when I need it. Good stuff.

There is a virus that’s been going around here. I had it and my wife, my sister. Dr. told us its a 5 day deal, and there is no medication for it. It sounds like you have it. I felt the same way when I had it last week. It sucks call a doctor... See if it’s the same thing, I just got over it yesterday.

Welcome to the world of trying to control things you can't control.

Then why bother? I've never understood this. Logically, if I can't control something - the hell with it. Move on to what I CAN control and take care of it!

I don't know his reason, but I'm obsessive about trying to control absolutely everything in my life. If something happens differently, I get all upset about it, wondering what I could have done to control it. Yes I know it's not healthy, I know there's no point worrying about things I cannot control, but I can't help it. It's difficult for me to just let things go. I take everything that doesn't go to plan as a personal attack on me. I find keeping my mind occupied with other things helps though. which is the main reason I work on my cars so much.

Which is also why I'm grumpy all the time :nono:

Best thing to do is see a doctor before it gets worse. Anxiety can tear you life apart, so get it fixed before it's too late.

hope i helped
