I think the OEM antenna looks pretty good but you can get a nice clean new aftermarket antenna instead or remove it and fill that hole in the body.
Removed the antenna + 3 piece wing, then welded + bondo followed by primer + wetsand. Did the same for my rear wiper, makes it look nice and smoooooth. I only plan on driving the car on the weekends, otherwise it's garaged.

mine is gone... shaved it and the rear wiper along with welding up the stock 3pc wing holes in the quarter panels before it got painted.. still pick up the local stations around here plus 99% of the time ive got a cd in anyway..
