Do these look like they are both front to you? the person who has them says they are both front pairs, but I think that the bottom pic is the rear and the top pic is the front?

Kinda hard to tell with the 2 different springs but the struts look the same to me. I think they are both fronts too just with 2 different springs
Yeah they are both fronts but the bilstein struts are adjustable so maybe they have the spring mount different on the two. The rears also have a much bigger spring mount area.
The camber plate studs on the top of the struts have a slightly different spacing on them. But otherwise, the front and rears are almost identical.
So measure or have the guy that has them measure the spacing between the studs. But measure carefully because the difference is not obvious.

99% sure those are both fronts, they are both skinny and seem to be about the same height, not to mention the break line bracket.
