another Profec-B Spec II Question...

does anyone know how to set the SET, GAIN, and SETGAIN(start boost) correctly, and what they mean? i mean i know SET is %DC of the solenoid and GAIN smooths it out, but this doesnt really make sense to me. like if i want 15 psi, what would i do to tune those 3 settings up to that point? are smaller set and gain numbers for small turbos and larger numbers for larger turbos, or vice versa? and is the SETGAIN the point where the wastegate starts to open? sorry to bombard with Q's, i just want to figure this out, ive had this ebc for a long time and i still havent figured this out.

yes, i searched, and i cant find the answers i am looking for.

It's been so long since I used mine...
I read and read and read the manual, then my friend brought it home and read it a bunch of times, then I read it again, and I still referred to it constantly....

It's real intricate. I wish it was more fresh in my memory, I had a pretty good grasp on it when I was using it...

haha.... I still don't know. I set the gain and set to 15, and then just turned the boost up to 50% for about 15 psi. Hope that helps
