another 87 turbo coming back to life.

hey what's up. been poking around for a while and decided i'd introduce myself. I bought a 87 turbo targa a while back with 113k but it has BHG and RK, the engine was hosed so i've been building another engine out of a 90. should be done soon. never driven a MKIII except a turbo auto, but it was junk with no boost. looking forward to getting this thing on the road.

I used to have a 1990 eagle talon, ran a best of 12.7, but it got claimed by black ice.


Just curious, does anyone know how many 87's came in black with tan leather interior and all the good stuff? only thing the car is missing is the super monitor.
