Brand new car, brand new parts, all new tooling. Makes sense to me. Give it a couple years and the prices will go down when the development costs are covered.

For those prices on the new GT-R, I'd rather legalize and import a GT-R32. I heard Motorex had an issue, but I'm sure someone could do it.

dont doubt that at all, just blows my mind that people are spending that kind of money on parts for it

they won't come out GReddy went bankrupt LOL the NEW GTR is so much money you could buy a brand new Z06 corvette and turbo it to over 1000whp for less money

Okay with that logic lets all buy Civic's, convert them to RWD, drop V8's in them and make 1000whp for under 50k.
Don't be a tool.

When the car is ten years old and a generation or two behind current, the prices for parts will be about the same as ours. By that point the price of the car will probably be around 10-20k. New car + new parts = empty wallet

Must be nice to have that much money to burn...
