I sold my blue 90T mk3 to Richard Pino back a few months ago for $500, and I know I should've sent it out but I never did sent out the pink slip to DMV and that fucker decided to strip the car and just leave it on the street and now it's been towed. I cant find the pink slip =( Is there anyway I can get cleared from this or am I fucked?

I just got a notice from Stockton Police Department telling me the car has been impounded if that answers your questions

I've talked to him.

The cops were being complete dicks. He was in Fremont at the time and they decide to tow it on Christmas at 7 PM. The car was parked in front of the house where they were swapping the engine. They were harassing the guy who owns the house and he even offered to put it in the garage. The cops told him "No, we're towing it."

This was by no means intentional, I was there and stripped a few things from the car myself. I was just told that he talked to you Jackie. He's got the pink slip but if the DMV isn't open tomorrow the best that can be done is to either call the towing place and tell them that he's gonna pick it up and if not, tell them to keep it. He's pretty much done with the car, we stripped that thing to hell.
