Alternator wires

hey guys it seems for some reason that my alternator wires have been cut ( got it like that) and i was wondering where i mite have to rewire them to. there is about a foot of wire for all connectors.

wire them up to the body wiring system. use a wiring diagram from a 95 and 90 tsrm. only 3 wires need to be hooked up, that's the way i have it and it seems to be working, i suppose if it wasn't then my battery light would be on
