The alignment would depend on a lot of things. How stiff is your suspension, how much power you are putting down, how much the car weighs, etc.
Also, without aftermarket suspension arms, it might be hard to get everything exactly how you want. I would get it on the rack and see what you can get out of the eccentric bolts. Keeping things even side to side would be good.
But in terms of actual numbers, at least -1 degrees camber front and rear, depending on what you can get out of the adjustment. Caster around stock should be fine or wherever it will end up with stock adjustment, just make sure it's close to even side to side. For toe, I like a litle toe out in the front and a little toe in for the rear. Even just a little toe out in the front will help with turn in, but shouldn't affect tire wear that much. And a little toe in for the rear will keep the rear stable. Stock alignment specs call for a decent amount of toe in for the rear, but they're also just stock alignment specs, things change when you lower the car.
So get it on the rack, see what you can get and see how you like it.
