Hi, everybody am Alex. I just bought myself a 1987 mk3, I live in hawaii so there's not to many around here. its got alot of mods on it. The first thing that had to replace was the clucth (it was slipping) So i Put a ACT XTREME STREET CLUTCH. Then not two week later first gear would pop out, So i did some resarch found out that the first gear thurst wisher an't that great. So i want the easy route and swap tranny with around one i found (this is an r154). And here we are got the tranny swap and with my luck this tranny goes out too! with in two weeks. so know i am going to rebuild. will thats my story. Here's A list of mods that was done before i bought it:
Car was dyno’ed with both boost settings. Low boost setting pushes roughly 13lbs. of boost at 310-320 at the wheels, 350 at the crank. High boost pushes roughly 18lbs. of boost at 390-400 at the wheels, 420 or so at the crank.
Rebuilt Head, Decked block.
HKS 1.2mm Bead Type metal head gasket
JE forged pistons
Upgraded CT-26
-ported wastegate /custom flap
-ported intake
-P60 trim turbine
3" Downpipe
ACT Clutch

ENGINE:
Blitz blow-off valve
RC 550cc injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel pump
Sparco Front mount intercooler
VPC fuel pressure regulator
HKS intake and filter
Cooleeze Upper IC piping kit
Full 3inch HKS exhaust
3inch Straight pipe

ACT stage III racing clutch
Lexus MAF regulator for higher air flow

FULLY ported and polished exhaust manifold for better air flow with ceramic heat coating material for cooler air

Welcome to SM, Alex. I'd love to see some pictures of your car!

An easier way to upload photo's from Supramania:

1) At the bottom of the page, Select "Go Advanced"
2) Beneath the Message Box, You'll see "Miscellaneous Options" and
right beneath that, "Attach Files". Such as pictured here...


3) Select files from the folder in which your pictures are in.
4) Once you're finished, Close the box, and it will automatically attach
the files to your post.
