Like he said make sure your compressor clutch is engaging. If thats not engaging check the voltage at plug that plugs into the compressor with the ac switch on. If you have voltage then its probably safe to say your compressor is junk and you'll have to get a new one and have your ac recharged. if your ac compressor checks out good then there is quite a bit of other things that could be wrong. If you want to see if you have pressure in your system unthread the little cap near the collector tank its like a little valve stem and grab a glove and little screwdriver and push the valve in. if you have pressure then you'll have to consult the tsrm and go through step by step for troubleshooting. heres the link... http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=AC&P=15

that or the fuse for the a/c is blown, like mine, its on the passenger kick panel under the transmission ecu module, there should be a mini fuse box somewhere around there i believe its a 10 amp fuse (red) and it tends to blow causing no a/c compressor to engage

Check the Cig and gauge fuses in the driver's kick panel and the A/C fuse in the passenger kick panel. Then, go to Page AC-2 in the TRSM and follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed. You may need a set of A/C manifold guages, if the first few things don't fix or help diagnose things.

There is a sticky in the Tech section, I think, that tells you how to vacuum/refill if necessary. Good luck!
