I want to change all my gauges to autometer phantoms. I need to know how to adapt the speedometer cable to the new gauge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dunno if that Phantom is electric or not, but I called up Autometer & they reffered me to a guy who made brand-specific electronic senders for the Cobalt Speedo I'm working with. Iirc, it was about $90 shipped.

*Short version: go to the source!

You mean you converted from a cable to electric?

Yep ... kinda mandatory, since the Autometer Cobalt Speedo is offered in electric only.

Oh, and I wouldn't reccomend it if you're sticking with the TCCS. Gotta consider how what you're considering will work with the other systems in the car.

Exactly...the stock speedo has a speed sensor input to the stock TCCS. ;)
