aftermarket Oil Pressure Sending unit

i have an aftermarket oil pressure gauge from prosport and i was wondering if there is any place on the 1jz block where i can screw the sending unit into? its a 1/8 NPT. or do i have to buy an oil filter adapter plate?

you can get a 1/8 npt T fitting and place it where the stock oil pressure unit is and do something like this but less complex
