how do you order the right size bearings? most after market places offer std, .25, & .50. and the tsrm says a conbination of 5 different sizes depending on whats stamped at 2 different places on the block. this doesn't make any sense to me?:1zhelp:

I show the rods as being the same for all 6 journals. The main kits are complete and will include all bearings for the crank. The best way to make sure you get the correct bearings is to remove the crank and measure the ones that are on there. Any machine work on the crank or block can change the necessary bearings so I highly recommend doing the homework before potentially ordering the incorrect parts as this will only delay the build and add to the frustration.
