Its absolutely amazing. Just remember that when you are setting the boost, it is the % of your wastegate spring not PSI. For simplicity's sake, say the wastegate spring is 10psi. You add 10 to setting A, you are adding 10% of the spring pressure, or 1psi. It took us a while to figure that out when we were putting one on my friends 323gtx.

Thank you!! I've been meaning to set mine up for awhile now. My car is stored right now but before I've only been using the gauge function and never got around to hooking up the solenoid.

how do you like it? i was thinking of buying that along with a UEGO....

I have the same two gauges in a pillar pod in my car. Looks OK, but for some reason the Tru-Boost is significantly dimmer than the UEGO, and it looks kinda funny, particularly at nighttime.

i know this is an old thread, but i figured i would ask my question in here so the info is all in one thread.

for those that have this on a internal wg is setting the boost difficult? how consistant is it? i want an ebc that will boost a consistant boost wheather i'm in 1st or 4th.

It does a good job of controlling creap, as far as I have been able to tell when installing and setting up some of my friends, but none of these were on supras that had an internal wastegate, only 1 mazda 323 with a 16g.

so it's officially on my christmas list of parts. woot woot.

after reading how other people like it on other forums it seems like i good ebc. i guess i'll find out for myself. here are a couple threads that i thought some people might find useful if interested in the tru boost. on the subaru forum link he goes through what each function does. plus it looks so clean!!!!

it sounds like it might take some fine tuning, but i after reading i don't think there is any ebc that you just set to a desired boost and then boom done.
