alright guys this is my 3rd mkiii ( 2 86.5 and a 87) i bought a 1986.5 supra 7mge auto from a lady who lost interest after fuel pump went out. ok heres the deal the orignal 7mge threw rod and blew headgasket so lady replaced with jdm 7mge with only 73k miles(true jdm engine) the fuel pump went bad so she let it sit. ok any who my qustion is on my last supra(87) i converted from auto to manual and bunch other upgrades. (for record i will be converting this supra to manual as well using a w58) anyways bought a 2jz from sc300 from junkyard for 125 and was gonna do a swap on my 87 the 7m oil pump failed shot rod threw block so sold car like idiot. so im thinking of doing a 2 jz na-t swap found engine from a sc300 a gt45 turbo and huge front mount intercooler cheap or should i just consider a 7m na-t swap i will not be using a ct26 if i do so my question is which way should i go. im want at least 350hp but want more but dnt want a standalone. please any advice would be great

naw i became a member back when i owned my 87 targa top and then i sold car when threw rod through side of block and i recently just bought a 86.5 and it has jdm 7mge and im wanting a good dd but with good power to put all the mustangs and camaros in my town down i know man when i first got on this forum it was for parts and diff things so know that i own another mkiii ull be seeing alot of me im not getting rid of this one this is my baby. only concern i have with the 7m motor is oil pump failure and hg problems though i know itd be more simple and should be able to get get power from it just jz is so much more buildable and parts are endless i already have a turbo its a garett gt45 so either way i go ill be using that turbo
