i searched :)

i remember seeing a while back that someone had replaced all the rear suspension arms with chromoly arms and heim joints. completely adjustable.
i was wondering who this was who made it, if there were any pictures that someone saved, and how much it would actually cost to do this.

thanks.

Well, for almost 800.00 your getting the best rear suspension parts I've seen yet for the Supra. (Ok, so the LIPP traction bars are nice, and Duane's bars which were first on the scene are great too, but for the money, and to get the lightest possible setup, and one that should never corrode, but might wear out since heim joints do wear out, but with normal street use, it could be 50k or more before you even hear them make any noise. (Especially if these are used in salt free places.)

I remember seeing custom links/arms like this in the 80's on very expensive Benzes and other cars straight from DTM race cars. Nice stuff, and very strong.

oh god yes.
that is exactly what i'm looking for.
thank you thank you thank you.

i have the ss/lipp trac arms, but i was looking at them, and the rubber(WHY?!?!) bushing at the front is pretty flexible, being rubber and all...... what would be suggested as a replacement? can i have someone make one out of nylon? i threw away my old arms, so i dont know if the bushings were the same size, otherwise i'd use those to mock them up... damnit.

any help? either that, or anyone want to buy some ss/lipp trac arms?
