Does anyone have any experience with the ACT Extreme PP?, I have searched but havent found much info on it. I am currently running the ACT HD PP and its great, but I think I need something to hold more power but I dont really want to go with RPS max due to crank walk issues.

What is the clamp rating?. I know the ACT HD is about 2400 lb, and the RPS is 3200 lb.

Also what is the correct flywheel step for machining?. I assume the 1jz uses the same step as the 7M?

I dont think act makes and xtreme pressure plate for the a70?

I used a .020 step i think. 1jzs use a 7m clutch so the step will be the same.

you are wrong they do make an exteme and its in the car a week now you have to call them to get the part number as they do not list it on their web site. the also have a six puck with sprung hub and this is what i ordered. pressure plate is 2650lbs and is rated to hold 632tq with a six puck

I ended up buying and installing the ACT XTSS kit from A2 Motorsports (CKanderson) : ACT Xtreme pressure plate with ACT full-face street disc. The pedal is stiffer than the ACT Heavy Duty plate I had in there, but it is not outrageous. Street driving is not hard on my left leg, despite the extra push needed, and I'm assuming is not as stiff as an RPS 3200. And it is as smooth as stock! I'm still breaking it in, and hope that it lives up to it's handling rating of around 522+ tq, since I will be throwing around 400-450 crank tq at it regularly.
