How in the heck do you remove the AC compressor from the 1j when it's in the car?

I pulled everything off it but it's stuck on a stud going into the engine block. There isn't enough clearance from the frame rail to pull it off the stud. I don't really seem to have enough room to get anything in there to remove the stud either.

The stud has a special end on it. You can buy a bit to match that end and it will come right off. As said you may have to remove ps (I had to disconnect the line) and I also had to loosen the sway bar to drop it out from under the car.

I didn't have to remove the sway bar, just loosened it so I could jiggle it around and remove the ac compressor from the bottom.

It's not that hard, there's just a lot that you have to do.
