While looking at Green Chevelle's thread in 7M Tech, I found out that my car's Rear Speed Sensor was not connected when the trany was swaped to the r154. Well, my ABS light has been on since i got the car and since the brakes worked, i never went to pull any codes. Well i just did and I got a code 33, RSS malfunction. That was it. So i knew the system was ok (pump, and so on).

Well I went to hook up the connector (at least the only one that fits) to the RRS connector and noticed that the two three prong connectors didnt match up. IOW, only two of the contacts would touch, while one on each was left in the fourth empty spot on the oppisite plug. Well i hook it up anyway and, with out clearing the code, i drove around the street really quick and didnt notice a difference in braking. The light still came on, obviously.

I guess what im really asking is; Can anyone show me a picture of the two connectors that hook up below the intake?? And what the contacts look like? I have the TSRM page that shows the RSS plug shape and contacts, just not the other hook up.

Thanks
-Drew

Here are a couple of pics that I hope helps you....
Pic #1: RSS connector on the R154 (Driver's Side)
Pic #2: Reverse light connector on the R154 (Passenger Side)
Pic #3: Engine harness connectors. Gray one on left is for the EGR valve, White two-prong is for the reverse lights, White four-prong is for the RSS (only thre wires in it though), small brown one is for the starter.
