I've had similar experiences. I had an order way back where either he mis-shipped something or I plain fucked up. I probably lost it and it was probably 100% my fault, but he didn't care either way and shipped me a new part.

I recently placed a big order and will soon have a nice new 50 trim turbo coated and polished from DM along with a few other pieces. Once I placed the order he called to let me know the coating would add a little lead time just as a friendly FYI and asked how I wanted everything shipped. Even an email would have been nice, but it was a direct phone call and he did it right after i placed the order.

Great guy, great business, great ethics. Can't say enough about Driftmotion. I hope he earns good $$$, he deserves it.
