hey guys, been away a few years. the other day whilst browsing craigslist i came across a supra i just couldnt turn down. 89 turbo/targa/5spd. brown mahogany pearl with tan leather interior. one owner, driven less than 5 thousand miles a year with 94,000ish miles total (verified w/ carfax). I have never come across the brown color before, but i must say i love it.

the car came with a few problems (slipping clutch in the higher gears, a/c needs charged, and an oil leak) but nothing major. Can't wait to get it fixed and begin modding (lightly and tastefully!) for now here's a couple cellphone pics. i'll take proper pics when the time allows.

it feels good to be back in a car that i never get tired of driving!

That's a great looking sup. Brown is not my thing, but the cleanliness and originality outweigh the color.

I'm not a fan of the brown interiors...but damn, those seats look fresh!! very, very nice find, looks to be in great condition. must have spent a lot of it's life in a garage.

someone did a good job on those sawblades too.

welcome back!

first of welcome to the forums once again.

2nd. Thanks for using the attach feature of the forums for the pictures. Even if they are "low" quality. At least I can see those and not the photobucket/imagestation based images :)

That is a very unusual color for a supra but looks very nice . I'd rock it for some reason all I can find is burgandy colored supras .

Figgie, dose it take your dial up to long to load photobucket/imagestation pics? or whats going on that you don't like them?

Fairly rare inteior leather color... I like it
Nice sawblades too, you should keep those and put fatter tires on them.
If you don't mind me asking, how much?

i used to have a burgandy supra. if they're clean, the color can look amazing! and i appreciate all the compliments. i think i'm just a fan of oddball 80's color schemes
