A minor issue

when in the drive way, I turn the tires ans they omit a moaning sound. When I start the car it sounds like a high pitched whinning. Anyone have any idea what this is and how I can make it go away. Thanks for your time Gents'. I have already checked the power steering fluid.

Pump or rack is not priming like you have air in the lines or a bad pump.

what pump?? where do I find it? Power steering pump? Your answer was very vague and open ended. Aprecciated none the less.

That's what I am looking for in my tsrm. I knew it had something to do with the power steering. I thought maybe I had air in the lines but I nearly can't because it never went dry. I was hoping it wasn't the pump but I am sure it is. I'm going back to the tsrm. Thanks. I'll keep you all posted.

Ford pumps are very noisy and whinny. We ad some stuff in the oil to quiet them down. It works. Our pumps are built similar. If it were mine (and it was last year), I would get some and put it in.

Use a cheap 'kitchen baster' with a piece of fuel line to suck out the fluid in the resevoir first. Fill back up with Dex III, and drive it for 2-3 days to clean and dilute oil with clean. Then suck out oil and ad the lubegard.

I am sitting here wit my tsrm. My fanshroud is all busted to hell so. i'm going to take it off and the radiator hose. Should I take the fan off as well.? Suck out oil and add lubegaurd?? It looks like I just have to get a new pump, Take the reseviour off the old one and put it onto the new pump We should nearly have plug and play with the exception of the 3 hoses needing to be blead. Am I right or am out my tree??? I am looking mainly at sr-45 and sr-46, In the tsrm.

I have scouted and found one for eighty five bucks. So I have been tearing room from the engine bay. Undoing hoses and making room to work, but it's going to be like nrxt friday before I can afford the part. A lil dizahl birrdy rold me to go straight lucas and that shoule rejuvenate the intire starter as long as a blead the air from the lines.

I must have been uplate last night because that last post was freaky. Any hoe timr for my morning zanaz and some bong hit's. Then i'll turn to beer later when it get;s warm. fuck it..., a lazy day working on my supra might be a pleasent day after all.
