A good BOV??

Yeah, if you are going to get a bov or bpv, get a real one.
Mimmicks may look legit, but they use cheap materials for their diaphrams and that means they leak and won't last long, although the castings are nearly identicle.

I'm not sure if my BPV is working correctly... sometimes I hear a slight "flutter" when i release the gas pedal, but not all the time... I blew in both ends of it, and it wasn't leaking...so I wasn't sure if i should replace it, and i thought that if i did, i wanted one that I could vent if i chose to in the future...

You really have to bite the bullet, and stay BPV with a cheap posch unit that works great, or pay $200 or so for a nice, quality BOV.

that one on ebay won't let you recirc i don't think so it wouldn't be "i wanted one that I could vent if i chose to in the future..." a choice in the future that ones atmosphere or nothing...
