just had a question for flywheels. about to do a 1jz-gte swap very soon and wanted to know what flywheel to go with. i was thinking about going with the spec 2+ clutch from 935 motorsports. any one running the C
"CI CCIJZA70 Competition Steel Lightweight Flywheel 1JZ "? any good or should i go with fidanza? thanks.

from what ive heard, the moly/steel clutches are lightyears better. they hold up longer, and give the same performance. i don't think any race teams use aluminum flywheels. thats what ive been told and have come up with from my own research.

I have one in my car, but hadn't had the chance to start it yet. I'm curious as to what kind of difference it is going to make compared to a stock one.

There should be lots out there, at least 10. But it seems that most of them went out to projects that are not yet complete.

2 guys are using their units, but did not have any feedback for me. They work, like the stock one did, so it is hard to say what is good or not good until at least a year of use.
