927mgte's Modified 7M Oil Pan

Hey guys, just want to post some pictures of the oil pan I'm in the process of making for my car. It will hold around 2 extra quarts. If all goes well when I'm done and if the interest is there I might get a group buy going on these. The pan is brand new from Toyota, ill tell you what it is hard cutting into a new oil pan. I still have to cut and fit the other side.

Cut a circle of metal a bit larger than the P/U hole in the tray, put 3-4 slots or holes around the bottom, and weld to the bottom of the pan to surround the P/U. Had this done to the pan I had modified.

lol no, it is the perfect woman perfect attitude poster, a good one I may say. As for the oil pan it will be in the same location but on the end of the pan extension.

Nobody is in manufacturing? A reproduction of that Group A pan would be good. I think it was bigger. I remember the pictures.

I've been watching for one for a couple years now... needless to say I have come up with nothing.

Don't know
Haven't ran it yet, but it should help a bit. Not nearly as good as Ian's Grp A configuration...the idea is to keep oil around the pick-up during accel/decel.
