Hey guys. Im a supra fan from Saudi arabia, used to have this MK2, but sold it and now i have this MK3.
this is the engine, a 2jzge with a manual trans from the previous owner. It was badly done, the wires were all over the place. nothing was organized.
So after saving some money i got this 1jzgte with the manual trans and the inter cooler and the rest of the stuff for $2200
I knew that the fuel pump wont be any good for this engine so i replaced it with a R32 skyline GTR with a RB26DETT fuel pump, and connect it to the battery because it wont work if i connected it to the ecu. And for the cooling fan i used a 97 mustang fan, but i had to cut off some pieces so it can fit, and sense it has one fan with two levels, i had to have a switch to control it.
after finishing and taking it for a test drive i found out that the radiator was leaking so i fixed the leak, but it leaked again so i had to replace it because it didn't handle the pressure of the engine. so now the only thing to do is replace the gauges, because the old ones wont work for a turbo engine. and i wanted to expand the wiring for the ecu to put it inside the car, but from previous experience there will always be something wrong if you did that.
