Word of warning, folks. There is a full size spare in the Supra on purpose... LSDs don't appreciate running for any length of time with different circumference tires. Really fast method of eating the clutch packs in your rear diff.

Very good point Grim. But like Jeff pointed out to me when I made the same observation you did. If you absolutely must have an undersized spare, though I'm not sure why you would, and you have a blow out on your rear tire. You can just put the undersized spare on the front and then take your good front tire and put it on the rear. A pain in the ass way off doing it just for a little weight savings. Completely pointless in my book but it is possible.

The Q45 one is only is only 4.5" in width but the diameter is equal to a 275-40-17. So it's a full size diameter but still a lightweight temporary spare.

The FC spare will not fit on the front of the MKIII due to caliper clearance. If you want to mess with switching around wheels when you blow out a front tire, it will work. It weighs 30lbs, MKIII stocker is nearly 50lbs.
