Hello everybody, my names Justin currently residing in Louisville. Im riding around in a 91 7mgte targa...well i was till i blew the carrier bearing which as it turns out is like rarest part in the world but i should have it back on the road in a week. I purchased the car with a bhg/cracked head/bent crank shaft/ etc... So i bought a new 7mgte to put in an got it in last week other additions include: HKS Intake, HKS Dragger Exhaust, Greddy Turbo Timer, Tokico Shocks, Eibach Springs. Now im wondering where to go from here...the drivers side door is half bondo an half duct tape lol, so if anybody has a drivers side door for a ma70 targa pm me.

Welcome to the group. There are several of us here in Louisville. When my CB went out I opted to go with a 1pc Alum drive shaft. What shop is doing the work for you? See you posted in the Local meet thread. Look forward to meeting you & checking out your A70.
I found another cb for a little over 100, i was goin to get the 1pc but all i seen was alum an i was hope'n for a steel but i just bought another cb because it went through hell for over 200k so i figured it wouldnt hurt to get another. O an im doin the work myself, I poped off my exhaust to fix a leak and went ahead an pulled off my rear driveshaft and the cb im just waiting for my new one to come.
You can get both aluminum and steel through Shaftmasters in Ohio. They only list steel for n/a 5spd, but if you want steel they can make one in steel for your application. Many people on the site have the shaft and, AFAIK, love them.
