89+ tailight and center section removal

I am trying to remove my taillights to replace the Gaskets and I am having some problems with some of the nuts. It seems that the water that has been leaking in through the gaskets rusted 4 of the 18 nuts to the studs. I have tried to vice grip the end of the stud but the studs still spin. Is there any way I can still get the tails and center section off without ruining them or heating up the nuts (which are right next to paint)?

liquid wrench plus needle nose vice grip plus real wrench should get it

Spray some pb blaster on the rusted nuts and let it soak overnight, should come right out with some pliers in the morning....
