89 supra front seats

i am goin to take out the two front seats because i heard they weigh a lot..
75 lbs for something like that, correct me if i am wrong..
but what are good seats to go with?
i would prefer the lightest..

you can find a host of them on eBay,or other outlets.You just gotta look,make sure you get the rails to go with them. If you plan on using the stock seat belts,you can get a set of 87 on up Tercel clasps that will work with the origional belts.

the lighter you go the more you will pay in general.

If you have nothing else to improve/maintain on your supra and now weight reduction is your goal go for it. Otherwise spend the $ on something better IMHO.

true meaning of the word bucket seat. at least its 2 way adjustable forward and back. and hey, has a carry handle too.

If you are that concerned about lighter seats...and if you are willing to give up comfort...Open up a Summit Catalog. They have METAL seats that completely form around your body for I believe $35(or somewhere close to that). They are thin metal and weight like 11lbs or something like that. They have covers(not like gay seat covers) that you can put over them so they aren't as rough on your body...but hey, if you're looking into lightweight, there you go.;) I'll try to find the link for them in a few...
