ok heres the deal, i have an 89 supra with no motor but it does have all the wiring still in it and i have an 87 motor that has connectors but the harness was cut at the fire wall when it was removed and i wanted to know if i could run my 87 motor w/ my 89 harness/ECU, also the shifter appears to be pretty short(6" off the base part that bolts to the trans) and if i remember correctly they're quite thick in te middle but this one is almost the same width the whole way down

from what i was told, the sensors at the T-stat housing are the only ones you'd have to change everything else works
