The 2 small lines on the TB are ported vacuum (not manifold vacuum), and are for evap and EGR, and it looks like you dont have either one, so cap those lines (at the TB) and start fresh.

It looks to me like you have some steel vacuum lines missing. You probably don't have your VSV's either. And just hook up a vacuum line from the back of your gauge to manifold vacuum.

And if you have a manual trans and it came stock turbo. That means you have the r154. If you have an auto its most likely a A3040E.
