does anyone know a fix to the a/c? well it seems that the switch is working fine cuhz i got it checked out by someone, the relay is okay, the system is charged because if u byppass the wirring and direct connect the compressor to the + battery wire it engages and the inside of the car gets cold, so iono what is wrong...

i just have a few questions..

did you get the head and deck checked for warpage?

did you actually use that evergreen headgasket?

what did you torque your headbolts to? (please dont say 55 ftlbs)

looks nice man..

Answers to those questions:

1) Yes i got it checked by a nearby machine shop, they said it was fine they cleaned the surfaces from gasket material and stuff....

2) Yes i did use the evergreen gasket set :)

3) I torqued them to 70+ ft. lbs as most people on here say, the book says 55 ft. lbs but i decided to listen to the people here and it may actually save me from another bhg...

As for today I removed the first muffler and welded a straight pipe on it with a help of a friend and his welder, definately sounds better than before and somewhat feels stronger
