I've got a white supra with blue interior. The interiro is pretty damn good, fairly clean seats, they work perfectly, windows work awesome, door panels are in good shape (driver side has a couple tears in the vinyl, but passenger is perfect. Dash is perfect as well. The body is missing clearcoat all over the place, a couple dents and dings here and there, with some rust on the back hatch.

My wife and I were out driving, and the car started knocking a little bit (sounded like vavles) But we we're really far from the house, and not in a good place to wait for a tow truck (in retrospect I should have toughed it out there) so we tried to get home via a shortcut, and ended up stranded in a worse place stuck on the turnpike not knowing what town we were in, or what mile mark we were at. The car just started stalling out, so I didn't want to try anymore. when I got it to the side of the road, it started clacking really badly. Talking with a friend of mine, he thinks the timing belt jumped a tooth, and it should hopefully be repairable. Other than that, the engine is in good shape, I replaced the valve cover gasket, and spark plugs recently (like 1000 miles), replace a headlight motor, replaced brake pads and rotors, and flushed the brake system.

But I pretty much realized a while ago, the supra was good for what I bought it for, which was a cheap car that I wouldn't be embarrased to drive for a while. (I had to buy a cheap car because for some reason my parents gave me a mitsubishi mirage when I told them I was about to go car shopping, and later they took it back when they knew I was low on funds... why didn't they let me just buy a car when I had money? Heh, I guess I shouldn't have accepted it.) Anyways I realized I never really liked heavy cars, and the supra definately has some weight to it, and no matter how much I put into the thing (within reason) I wont be able to shake that off. A friend of mine who ran a tuning shop for a while (tuned supra's, 240's, 300zx's, MR2's, Miata's etc.) was quiting his job and moving, and interested in selling his MR2. It's a 93 currently making 230 to the wheels, but he's going to put a larger turbo in it for $500 more for me so it will make between 300-330 to the wheels (which is WAY more than I want, but thankfully I can dial back boost). So I'm not going to keep the supra, it's a project car that will just sit there and rust more, because I'll be busy with the MR2. So should I try and sell it or part it out is the longwinded question? ...And if so how much can I get for it if I sell it, (fixed and unfixed). It has 185k miles on it incase you're interested. Thanks for the opinions.
