Hey y'all. Was wondering if you could help with my brake situation.
History: 1988 Supra w/7m-gte w/ABS
in 2009 the car had a 1jz-gte w/tranny (r154) swap from Driftmotion.
The ABS connector was is not connected to the transmission after the swap. Thus the ABS light was lit.

A little while ago, I had issues with my passenger's side front brake steaming hot. I changed the brake pads, rotor, and the problem would go away for at least 500miles.
I was told that my caliper was locking on me had to be replaced. I opted to do Arizona Performance front brake upgrade. Long story short, I introduced air into the abs unit.

Now, the brake goes to the floor and the car barely stops. The drivers side front shows more ware than the passenger's side front. I think maybe the drivers side is getting more pressure. Anyway, I searched for bleeding the ABS unit and couldn't find it. I could have a faulty ABS unit, but any input would be appreciated.

I would PM ARZ or post up in his section, you might get better responses there. As for the ABS on the JZA70 transmission, I believe you can just knock the plug out and use the 7m's ABS sensor, although the transmission you have likely has a speedo gear set for the 4.10 ratio differential, which may cause issue with the ABS not functioning properly. I haven't looked into it enough to know for certain, good luck getting this sorted out!

I don't know if the calipers required new hoses or not, but a bad brake hose can cause one side to heat up from pressure being held in the caliper. You can pinpoint the problem by disconnecting the hard lines and trying to blow through them to see if there's a restriction/blockage.

The kits come with new lines.

There is no info on bleeding abs units because they always remain in the open position. Meaning they work like non abs brakes until you hit the brakes hard enough to activate the abs system.

Bleed to brakes like normanl. Sounds like you have massive amounts of air in the system.

Mighty vacs work well.

Edit, i havnt checked but im pretty sure the wilwoods in andys kits have dual bleeders. So you need to bleed air out of both of them.
