People put spacer washers and longer hood hinge bolts in the rear of the hood to pop the rear of the hood up to create a natural vacuum vent for under hood temps due to the turbo heat. I have seen this on several high HP cars with huge turbos. It actually works quite well.

The garden liner thing.... not so much.

No it actually doesn't...

It may reduce under hood temps....but that means Jack shit...there is a reason why there is a weather strip at the back of the hood...people who race for real and actually know what's up don't do this ricer crap:)

still beautiful car!

The garden liner is a Honduh thing. At least that's where I first saw/heard of it. I've seen a number of Forrester guys do it too.

I must say though...of all that I've seen, this one looks the best. Nice job on making it look like it didn't come out of the Home Depot Garden section. :)

lol...that hg thing was along time ago, i now covered the turbo aduct with a license plate holder. i did that lip in about 15 min. and i thought itlooked like crap until i put it on the car, but after rocking it for a few days, we did my buddy's car(took out time making it) and it came out even better. when you do it, take you time and use a heat gun

idk where to start thou cause it looks mad big

it wont be that big lol...as long as you bend the top and bolt it down to the bottom of the bumper, it should bend and make it shorter
