Well after I sold my white MK3 I've been searching around for another one! I had seen this car on Craigslist for a looooooong time! The price eventually dropped to what I was more then happy to pay! Originally I just wanted a shell for another 2jz build but when I went to look at this car I was basically in shock..the guy had NO IDEA what he had! He bought it done! The car stopped running and he couldn't figure out the problem so I bought it and ripped out the hacked alarm and BROOOM! Friggen score!

Here's a breakdown of what it has

"Fully built" 7mgte!
Yellow 680cc injectors that use stock clips(venoms?!)
Safc2
Greddy profec
Blitz turbo timer
Full NOS intercooler sprayer
BFMIC
BIG turbo! (Still have to figure out what it is and what brand!)
Waste gate(also unknown ATM)

That's basically how far I've gotten into it. I don't know what cams,pistons and rods are in it..but it is rocking a greddy timing belt!

Can anyone tell if these are the "infamous" venom Injectors?!

Also on the tear down when I removed the lower IC pipe I got a surprise! -___-

I was told the motor is "fully built" so that's the reason for the tear down! I want to see exactly what's been done. Ill have more pictures this weekend of the progress and FFIM build..

Woh, that is a surprise. Blown turbo seal maybe, did it smoke at all when it was running?

No not really..I was thinking piston rings? There's no catch can setup and the turbo is pretty big

Well after some serious research I found out the turbo is a Garrett T66! And it's in like new condition score yet again!

thats a big turbo bet it;s gunna rip. I like the all black, I wanna paint my gunmetal grey konigs red to kind of the do the same effect to my red ttr. You definately saved alot of money buying that thing even if you have to put 2 grand into it to get it running you got a good 5000$ under the hood already by the looks of it.

I actually want to sell these rims and buy polished MKIV rims and ye there's a ton of money in the car! Who ever owned it before the guy I bought it from knew his stuff..the Po on the other hand wasn't to smart and basically gave the car away! I basically paid what the turbo is worth new....

I found the reason for the way it ran!

Cylinder 3 piston is a little fucked up..another victim of the venom injectors! -____-

GOOD news is the cylinder is still fine so it should be good with a rebuild!

They have 680cc on the side of the injectors..and givin what happened to the piston in the one cylinder I'd have to say they are

Could anyone tell me if these are NPR pistons?

They definitely don't look to be high quality forged pistons..which would mean there's stock rods -___-
