finally started, after four years :/
The list:
New upper and lower ball joints
rebuilt steering rack and bushings, new outer tie rod ends
new pillow ball mounts, new/used ebiachs, tightened konis to stiffest setting
found an 80,000 mile turbo diff.
new/used rotors & brake pads, cross drilled/slotted front (dont like them cause the eat pads but got em for cheap)
92 supra 5 star wheels ($100 with tires)
got interior lights to work (f**ing rivets)
Gage cluster works now (Ground orange and black wire from pig tail)
oil, trans, diff, coolant, changed
fixed exhaust leak(s)
