Nope. You need the driver board for the turbo's tachometer. Or the whole tachometer. Or a MSD tach adapter. The rest of the dash harness, including cruise control, and the voltmeter just works.
You will likely WANT a boost pressure gauge, but I wouldn't bother with the stock one.
The only harness you have to swap is the engine harness. After that an option to swap is the main harness as it will have the correct connectors for the cruise control and boost gauge. Dash and rear harness are the same on N/A and turbo models that are equally equipped (IE TEMS, ABS..).
