87 Primer Supra Progress

Ok so far today ive taken the accordian boot off to gain access to the outlet hose so i can get a hose clamp on it well during the disassembly i cam to find out that the maf is broken the connecter on the inside is wiggleing all loose so i am on the hunt for that as i am putting together a list of the parts i need also need a CPS cover as the one on mine is broken and so is the timing cover upper but i might just modd that i will takr some more pictures today of everything i am doing to keep yall updated as far as the progress goes

Ok its been a little bit since i posted in here last just given a update I discovered i had the early affects of rod knock so I went searching for another engine I got one from Kruso in houston, I will post up pics of the engine once i get it unloaded and on the engine stand

dude are you going to paint the car? if so i can get u a cheap place where u can get paint by the gallon, thats where i got my paint, turned out real nice too!

most deffinetly i am going to paint it silver and black and thanks on the offer but i got a hook up on paints but if they cant get me the right shades im lookin for ill hit you up

Did you primer over your foglights?

no ididnt primer over them there is painters tape on them and primer oversprayed on that but this was done by the previous owner as i will be removing the bumpers to do the last stage of the priming along with all lights then the base coats will come but as of today you guys will get to see pics of the new engine as i am going to unwrap it and get it ready to be put on the engine stand will be taking pictures

if you see a primer supra on eBay with the smoked marker lights ITS MINE MUAHAHAHAHAHA neondials is the eBay username of who sold them to me and i absolutely love them and direct fitment no specail modding to fit them in this guy has some nice products

i had a supra like that once. i kept putting 7m's into it until i decided to give up on that and go 2jz. and then once i am almost done i found a link about fixing the oil problems on the 7m and i was like .....great.... but its all good. live and learn i guess. good luck with your build

well not that much of an update but i installed my dash cluster with the new white face gauges i put in a new shift boot replacing the crappy stock one that was falling apart and i got my new stereo installed would do more but its freakin cold outside and it just stopped raining

well got the engine sorta on the stand but its acting like an ass right now doest want to seat up right and i might have to remove the flywheel which i don't want to do but if i have to i will so thats about it for now ill take some more pics for you guys as more progress is made
