87 NA swap

Ok so here goes. What I have is a 87 NA car that is clean inside and out. 3rd owner. Problem is the 7M broke a rod and cracked the block. I also have a running chassis 95 SC400 with the 1uz. Whats your guys opinion of this swap. I am well adverse in fabrication and wiring. Just need some pointers. Also they are both automatics. Not after big power adders at this time, Just want to enjoy the car with my boys building and driving it. Power adders come later. As well as the standard tranny. I have found a couple 7M's around but is it worth putting one back in knowing it may not last under 2 16yr old boys driving it...
Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry no pics of the engine bay, Although the engine and tranny are out of it already. Still all original, nothing hacked up.
