Are 87-92 mk3's ecu's and harnesses interchangable. Im getting a jdm 7mgte, 87 m/t ecu and 5speed harness, basically can i mix and match parts are are the parts year specific

The engine harness and ECU need to be for the same model (pre-89 or 89+). Then, there's the dash connections...
You didn't say, but what do you have now? If this is going into an N/A, it may not be that big a deal... just a lil' work at the dash/engine harness connections.

parts are going into a 75 datsun 280z, all i have is the trans right now, so bascially i just need to get all pre-89 or 89+ items
