My 7M has about 5000 miles on a fresh build. It would blow a little blue smoke on decel from high rpms but was otherwise fine. I upgraded to a DM 57 trim and the smoke didn't change. I drove it for a few hundred miles and suddenly the car started pouring out huge clouds of smoke on decel, enough to fill the car and cover the road. The turbo is tight and spins freely and there is no oil in the downpipe. It has zero blowby and the accordion hose and intercooler piping are bone dry. It has 180 psi compression across all 6 cylinders. Does this sound like valve stem seals? My machinist installed the seals so I'm suspecting them. Really hoping its not the turbo or the rings... Opinions?

The smoke got super bad even just idling, so I took the downpipe off to check for oil and it was dry. I started it open turbo and revved it, there was no smoke at all. I went out driving with just the stock elbow on and there was no smoke for a while and suddenly it started pouring out again... I'm so confused.

The engine is in very high vacuum, and the oil control rings are under the most strain.

Valvetrain leaks are typical when you start the car. The oil slowly drips into the chamber when not running. When running, the slow drip is small enough to not notice.

Is it possible they are stuck or went bad? The rings are NPR.

The smoke is the worst under high rpm/closed throttle

Stock PCV system.

There is no smoke on startup.
