I hope you're not trying to re-use a GTE pump in a GE car... just asking for trouble with a pre-worn pump I think...

GE/GTE pumps will interchange for an NA using a GTE pump it is equal to a Hi Volume pump as the GTE gears are longer than the GE gears.

No reason why it would be a bad idea unless it's a badly worn GTE pump.

I just want too no if it would work Ok cause ive seen the 7mgte Oil pump in ebay and I wanted too now if it was ok too buy it

yeah, i'd go with a new one. it's really not that expensive. and its good insurance.
