7mgte Coil pack Q's

Are the coils found the 7mgte's "dumb"? as in they don't have the module or whatever in them, they're just a bare coil and the ignition module is external. b/c my MicroTech needs "DUMB" coils. I had 6 LS1 denso coils and spoke with MT and they said they won't work b/c it's a smart coil!

b/c it'd be real easy to just run a set of 7mgte coils ontop of my 5m valve covers and run some 7mgte Plug wires rather than fab'n up some GM coils on the firewall and making my plug wires.

The 7M-Gte coils are dumb. The ignitor assembly is seperate.

REALLY!! If that's the case the easiest thing for me would be to get a 7mgte coil pack and 7mgte plug wires. That way I don't have to custom make my plug wires or fabricate a coil mount system on the firewall for the GM coils. Ok, on the hunt for a 7mgte coil back and wires. Anyone got some for sale?

Sure do.
The wires aren't great, but all you have to do for a firewall mount is reverse the order of a factory set of plugs.
I have a set of 89 coil packs with a little harness PM me with an offer.
I'm in oregon...
