Those look like my bike's carbs.
In that setup, I also have a small carb for each cylinder for my inline, but I only have 4.
That is the weirdest setup I have ever seen for a 7M.
I don't think it work so good if it was a GTE though because I am guessing that those carbs aren't computer controlled...?

I did this one for a four cylinder but after inspecting the hayabusa itb's, I think you can put six of them together with no problems and the spacing is easily adjustable. This one is fuel injected.
