Can anyone tell me if a 7mge block is same as the turbo engine block,my 7mge is knocking and needs replaced found a block but it was a turbo engine,can i use the turbo block or are they different,thanks in advance,

Blocks are different and pistons are different. Could use a turbo block but with the lower compression pistons it's going to be slow as fuck.
Blocks are different, but cranks aren't.
Why not pull the crank install bearings and not deal with the headaches? Of course if your crank is OK, so much the better.
Otherwise, plug turbo oil feed and return, water line bypass, oil cooler stuff, a and deal with lower compression ratio.
